Why isn’t tap & go working on my physical card?

The first thing to check is whether your card has been activated. If your card hasn’t been activated, you won’t be able to use it for any transactions. To activate your card, simply download the Coles for Business credit app and follow the steps in our helpful guide.

If your card is activated, Tap & Go transactions will only work after you’ve completed at least one chip and PIN transaction (by inserting your card and entering your PIN). This is a security requirement to enable contactless payments.
