Why isn’t my repayment showing on my account?

Repayments may take some time to appear, depending on the payment method you’ve used:

  • Direct debit repayments – these can take up to two business days to clear before your account balance is updated.

  • EFT payments – these are subject to standard bank clearing times. Please ensure you included your payment reference number when making the transfer; without this, we may not be able to match the funds to your account.

If your repayment still hasn’t appeared after these timeframes, please contact us at debt.collection@coles.com.au so that we can investigate and confirm next steps.
