Why hasn't my direct debit been applied to my account?
Direct debit repayments can take up to two business days to clear before your account balance is updated.
The date your debit is triggered depends on your payment cycle, which can be viewed by an account owner or admin in the Billing section of the web app.
Please note that processing times may also be affected by weekends and public holidays.
