When will my payment be debited from my account?

Your monthly billing cycle date is listed in the Billing tab of your Coles for Business web portal. 

Your monthly statement will be available on the 1st day of the month, for the previous month’s expenses. On the 15th, we will direct debit the full statement amount from your nominated bank account. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, your direct debit will be deducted on the next business day and balances will be refreshed 2 business days later.
