Navigating your Coles for Business web app - Shoppers
Follow the below guide for an overview of the Coles for Business web app for shoppers.
1. Navigate to https://businesscredit.coles.com.au
2. Enter your registered email address into the Enter your email address field, then select Log in.
Tip: Once Log in is selected, you will receive a one-time password to your email address for verification purposes.
3. Once Log in is selected, you will receive a one-time password to your email address for verification purposes.
4. Once you login, you'll be taken to your Dashboard. Here you can view your available credit and your latest transactions.
5. To view transactions made on your account, click Transactions from the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Here you can see credit used, credit available and all transactions you have made.
6. Transactions can be filtered by date, amount or receipt status.
7. If you select Date, a calendar view will appear for you to select the timeframe you would like to filter by.
8. If you select Amount, a field will appear for you to select the minimum and/or maximum dollar value you would like to filter by.
9. If you select Receipt Status, a dropdown list will appear for you to filter the transaction list based on whether or not a receipt has been attached to the transaction.
10. To view the details of a transaction, click on the arrow next to the transaction.
11. Here you can view the transaction details, as well as any uploaded receipts.
12. To view your cards, click Cards from the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Here you can see all of your inactive, active, and closed cards.
13. To select a card, simply tap on the image of the card. Once you have selected a card, you will see a list of control options available within the pop-out window on the right of your screen.
14. To view your card details, select the Show details button on the right side of your screen.
Tip: To securely view your card details, an email verification code will need to be requested & confirmed before your card details become visible.
15. Under the Controls option, you will see a list of control options available within the pop-out window on the right of your screen.
16. To lock a card, click on Lock card to toggle it into the on position.
17. When the Lock card toggle is red, the card is now locked and cannot be used. There is a lock icon on the card image, and the card is now located within the Locked section of the Cards page. You can unlock a card at any point by selecting the Lock card toggle.
18. To change the PIN on your card, select Change card pin.
19. To change your card PIN, you will first need to enter your app login passcode. Then enter your new card PIN and confirm the new card PIN – then select Confirm to update your card PIN.
20. Selecting Report as lost or stolen will bring up the contact details for Coles Customer Support. If you need to report a card as lost or stolen, please contact Coles Customer Support either via call or email.
21. To manage your account settings, click Settings on the bottom left corner of the menu bar. Here you will be able to view your details and change your passcode.
22. To update your app login passcode, select the Change passcode button. You will be prompted to enter your current passcode, then set your new passcode and save it by selecting the Confirm button.
23. If you are a user on multiple accounts, you can toggle between accounts by selecting the account name in the navigation bar. A dropdown selector will appear where you can access any of your other accounts.
