Navigating your Coles for Business mobile app - Admin Users

If you haven't already, head to the App Store or Google Play store to download our mobile app.

Follow the below PDF on how to navigate your mobile app as an Admin User:

1. Open the Coles for Business credit app.

2. Enter your 4 digit login passcode.

3. Once you login, you'll be taken to your Transactions page. Here you can view your available credit and your latest transactions.

4. By tapping the Filter icon, you can filter your transaction view based on any cards you have.

5. Within the popup window, you can select or deselect any of your cards to filter your transaction view.

6. To view the details of a transaction, simply tap the transaction.

7. Here you can view the transaction details, as well as any uploaded receipts.

8. To view your cards, click My Cards from the navigation bar on the top of your device. Here you can see all of your cards, as well as recent transactions made on each card.

Tip: To toggle between different cards, you can swipe the card image to navigate to the next card.

9. To view your card details, select the View details button visible beneath your card.

10. Once you select View details, a new view will open. Select View Card Details within this new view.

Tip: To securely view your card details, an email verification code will need to be requested & confirmed before your card details become visible.

11. To view your card settings, select the settings icon visible beneath your card.

12. On the card settings page, you can lock your card, change your card PIN, or report your card as lost, stolen or damaged.

13. To view all of the cards under your account, click Company Cards from the navigation bar on the top of your device. Here you will see a list of all of the cardholders on your account.

14. To view a specific user's cards, select their name from the list.

15. Here you will be able to see all of a user's active cards, as well as the credit limit & limit used on each of those cards.

16. To manage your account settings, click Settings from the navigation bar on the top of your device. Here you can manage your notifications, change your login passcode, set up biometric authentication (Face ID), contact support or toggle between your different accounts (if applicable).
