My card has been lost, stolen or damaged

If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can immediately lock it in the Coles for Business credit app or web portal under My Cards → Card Controls → Lock Card. We also recommend checking your transaction history for any unrecognised transactions.

Please then contact your account owner or administrator to arrange a replacement card. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team at businessorders@coles.com.au or call 1800 557 610.
