I've forgotten my card pin (Mobile App)
See below for a step-by-step guide to change your card pin in our Coles for Business mobile app.
1. Open the Coles for Business credit app.
2. Enter your 4 digit login passcode.
3. Navigate to Cards from the navigation bar on the top of your device.
4. Once you have navigated to your card, select the settings icon visible beneath your card.
5. Under Card Actions, click the Change card PIN option.
6. Choose a new 4-digit PIN number as your New Card PIN
7. Re-enter your 4-digit PIN number to confirm your New Card PIN
8. Upon setting your new Card PIN, you will receive the below confirmation.
You can now use your new Card PIN when completing purchases moving forward.
