# How do I upload a receipt on behalf of another shopper?

To upload a receipt on behalf of a shopper, simply follow the below steps.

1\. Navigate to [https://businesscredit.coles.com.au](https://businesscredit.coles.com.au)

Login with your registered email associated with your Coles for Business credit account.

2\. Click **Transactions** on the left side navigation bar.

3\. Make sure that you have selected the **Everyone** tab to view all transactions on your business account.

4\. Select the transaction that you wish to upload a receipt for.

 Alert: Make sure when you upload your receipt that it is in .PNG, .JPEG or .PDF format and the file size is below 3mb.

5\. Click **Browse Files** or **Drag and drop** your receipt into the window.

6\. Enter a note in the text box for the transaction receipt and click on the **Upload Receipt** button.

7\. Your receipt has now been uploaded! If you wish to view the receipt, you can click on the desired transaction to see the receipt and the notes in the pop-out menu.

8\. To review your receipt, simply click on the **view image** button.
