How do I upload a receipt? (Mobile App)

To submit a receipt in our mobile app, follow the step-by-step guide below.

1. Open your Coles for Business credit app.

2. Enter your 4 digit login passcode.

3. Once you login, you'll be taken to your Transactions page. Here you can view your available credit and your latest transactions.

4. To upload a receipt to a transaction, start by selecting the transaction.

5. To upload a receipt for your transaction, select the Add receipt button.

From here, you can either take a photo of the receipt natively within the app, or you can upload a photo you have previously taken.

6. Selecting Add receipt will open up your camera.

Here you can either take a photo of the receipt, or use the image or file upload buttons to select a file to upload.

7. Once you have taken your photo, you can either Retake the photo or Use Photo to upload it as the receipt for your transaction.

8. Next, you can Add a Note to the transaction before selecting Submit.

9. Once submitted, your receipt will be successfully attached to your transaction record.
