See below for a step-by-step guide to lock and unlock your card in the Coles for Business mobile app.
1. Open the Coles for Business credit app.
2. Enter your 4 digit login passcode.
3. Navigate to Cards from the navigation bar on the top of your device.
4. Once you have navigated to your card, select the settings icon visible beneath your card.
5. Under Card Actions, click the Lock Card toggle to lock your card.
6. Your card will now have been successfully locked. When locked, no purchases can be made using this card.
To unlock the card, simply click the Lock Card toggle again to unlock your card.
7. When unlocked, you will receive a message advising your card has been unlocked successfully.
Once unlocked, you can resume making purchases on this card.
