# How do I export a list of my transactions into a CSV file?

To download a list of transactions at any time, follow the step-by-step guide below to export a .csv file of your selected transactions including notes.

1\. Navigate to [https://businesscredit.coles.com.au](https://businesscredit.coles.com.au)

2\. Once you're in your selected business' profile, click **Transactions** on the left-hand side menu.

3\. Navigate to **Transactions** within the navigation bar, then select **Export.**

4\. Select the **start date** and **end date** within the calendar or use the arrows to navigate.

5\. Click the **Export** button and the CSV export will automatically download to your computer.

6\. A CSV file with the transaction information for your selected period will have now downloaded to your device.
