How do I activate my Coles for Business physical card? (Mobile App)

Once you’ve been issued your Coles for Business card, you can activate it using either the mobile app or web portal.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to activate your card in your mobile app.

1. Open the Coles for Business credit app.
Tip: If you haven't yet downloaded the Coles for Business credit app, you can download the app directly from your mobile device's app store.
2. Select Log in.

3. Enter your registered email address into the Enter your email address field, then select Continue.

4. Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email, then select the Verify button.

5. Once logged into your account, navigate to the My cards section via the navigation bar.

6. Once you have found your card that you wish to activate, select the Activate card button at the bottom of your screen.

7. You will now be prompted to enter the Expiry Date to activate the card. This can be found on the back of your card under EXP.

8. You will now be prompted to enter a 4 digit PIN that you would like to use for your new card. Enter your new 4 digit card PIN.

9. Re-enter your 4 digit PIN to confirm.

10. Your card has now been activated, and your PIN has been set. You can now make purchases with your new Coles for Business card.

Tip: Your card has now been activated. If you want to view your card details in order to make an online purchase, continue on with the next steps.
11. To view your card details, select the Show details button visible beneath your card.

12. Once you select Show details, a new view will open. Select View Card Details within this new view.

13. To securely view your card details, an email verification code will need to be requested & confirmed before your card details become visible. Select Send Verification Code to trigger the email code.

14. Once you receive the email verification code in your inbox, copy and paste the code into the Email Code field below, then select Confirm.

15. Your card details will now be visible, including your 16 digit PAN number, your card expiry date and your 3 digit CVV. Note these have been redacted from the guide.
