How can I remove a user from my account?

Removing cardholders/users can be done in a few quick steps from your Coles for Business web app.

Note that this is a permanent action as removed users cannot be re-added.

1. Navigate to https://businesscredit.coles.com.au

Login with your registered email associated with your Coles for Business credit account.

2. Select Users on the left side navigation bar.

Next, select the user you want to remove from the business account.

3. Click the Remove User button.

4. Click Remove to confirm.

Note: Once the user has been removed from this business, they cannot be added again using the same email address. All the cards issued to the user within this business account will also be closed automatically.
