To lock and unlock another shoppers card, see the below guide:
1. Navigate to https://businesscredit.coles.com.au
Login with your registered email associated with your Coles for Business credit account.
2. Select Cards on the left side navigation bar.
3. Within the Everyone view, select the person whose card you want to lock from the Active cards dropdown.
4. Select the card you wish to lock from within the pop-out menu.
5. Click on Lock card to toggle it into the on position.
6. When the Lock card toggle is red, the card is now locked and cannot be used.
There is a lock icon on the card image, and the card is now located within the Locked section of the Cards page.
Tip: Continue to the next step to unlock the card.
7. Click on Lock card to toggle it into the off position. The card is now unlocked and able to be used.
The lock icon has disappeared from the card image, and the card is no longer located within the Locked section of the Cards page.
